Private Lodge Basecamp $650 per person (meals, lodging, activities & challenges included)

Day 1 – Friday, Nov 7: Arrival + Brotherhood Begins

  • Afternoon: Arrival & check-in at the Adirondack lodge basecamp

  • Welcome dinner & introductions

  • Evening fire circle: Set intentions + Build Camraderie

Day 2 – Saturday, Nov 8: The Challenge Day

Morning – The Ascent

  • Early breakfast

  • Guided mountain hike — moderate but rewarding, with breathtaking Adirondack views

  • Trail challenges along the way to build teamwork and grit

  • Return to lodge around noon

Midday – Refuel

  • Lunch & downtime at basecamp

Afternoon – Forge Challenge
depending on weather

The Carry – Teams haul weighted logs, sandbags, or rocks across uneven ground. (Symbolizes carrying life’s burdens together.)

  1. The Wall – A constructed 6–8 ft wooden wall (or natural boulders/logs) that requires teamwork to get everyone over.

  2. River/Cold Exposure Station – Quick cold-water immersion or carrying objects across shallow stream crossings.

  3. The Crawl – Low crawl under rope/netting, mud, or natural brush.

  4. Balance & Trust – Crossing a beam, log, or improvised rope line.

  5. The Climb – Short but steep hill climb with weighted packs.

  6. Mental Grind – A puzzle, riddle, or team problem-solving station in the middle of the course (adds a brain-test layer).

  7. Final Push: The Forge Run – Short timed endurance sprint or relay carrying a team “banner/flag” back to the base to finish together.

  • Wilderness Obstacle/Endurance Challenge (custom-designed, mix of physical + mental tests)

Evening – Brotherhood Feast & Fire

  • Big dinner at lodge

  • Night fire circle: raw conversations, laughter, and connection

Day 3 – Sunday, Nov 9: Reset & Return

  • Sunrise cold exposure / breathwork challenge (lake, river, or ice bath setup)

  • Breakfast + closing circle — reflections + takeaways

  • Departure late morning

Dates: February 6–8, 2026 | Location: Whiteface Mountain, NY

Friday – Arrival & Brotherhood Kickoff

  • Afternoon arrivals & gear check

  • Welcome dinner at the lodge

  • Evening fireside hangout: stories, laughs, and bonding with the brotherhood

Saturday – Mountain Adventure Day 1

  • Morning: Skiing & snowboarding on Whiteface Mountain

  • Afternoon: Continue exploring the slopes - optional guided runs or freestyle adventures

  • Après-ski: Lodge hangout with drinks, music, and camaraderie

  • Evening: Group dinner & firepit session - celebrate the day, share stories, and strengthen connections

Sunday – Mountain Adventure Day 2 & Closing

  • Morning: Final runs on the slopes or optional sunrise snowshoe trek

  • Late morning: Lodge gathering & brunch, return to the mountain to catch some more runs

  • Mid-day departure — leave refreshed, inspired, and bonded with the brotherhood

Included in the Weekend:

  • 2 nights lodging (shared rooms)

  • 2-day lift ticket for full mountain access
